We love bringing your unique ideas to life! Whether you’re looking for a personalized gift, a special design, or a one-of-a-kind piece, our custom order process is simple and designed with care.

 How It Works:

1. Submit Your Custom Request

Email us at [email protected] with the following details:

• • Desired product type
  • Size
  • Color(s)
  • Design concept or description
  • Attach any reference image(s) or sketches if available
  • Please upload any specific designs or logos in PNG, JPEG, or PDF format.
  • If your design requires modifications, please note there may be an additional fee.

   2. Graphic Design Fee
A custom design fee of $50–$100 will be added depending on the complexity of your request. This covers your personalized artwork and design time.

   3. Payment & Confirmation
Once your order details are confirmed and mock up/sample has been approved and payment is received, your custom piece will be placed in our production queue.

    4. Production Timeline
Custom orders may take up to 3 weeks to complete after payment is received. You’ll receive progress updates and a final photo before shipping.
